Ah, Season Four Is Gaining Steam!

Tuesday, August 28th, 2007

It’s very nice to have a little snippet of what we can expect in the upcoming season. This video was shown at Comic Con - which I didn’t get to go to of course. Watch the video and I included some of the screen shots of little subliminal images that go by.

I found it interesting that he is getting makeup at the beginning. Remember the diguises Kate found in the locker?

Also, notice the “whispers” in the beginning.

Here are the images in the order they are in the video:

Why is this bunny on the shelf? Doesn’t him number look the same as the bunny he is holding?

GG’s Heart Is Broken

This blog post has nothing to with Lost and everything to do with “loss.”  I lost my beloved cat “Catnip” yesterday.  She was only 4 years old and had a severe abdominal affliction which was incurable.  I dedicate this post to her.  Here is a picture and poem that my daughter wrote for her:

A New Theory

It’s new to me at least, but I’ve not heard the theory before that Lost is a video game.  Check out this website, it’s very intriguing.

Summer TV Sucks: The Embarrasing Truth

Sunday, August 12th, 2007

So I’m putzing around the house with the TV on for noise (the house is just too quiet when my daughter is at her dad’s house).  I have to flip through channels to find anything remotely listenable (I don’t really watch it, again it’s just for the noise).  First I land on Extreme Home Makeover.  I have to pause and watch them “Move that bus!” because I cry every time.  I didn’t watch the episode so I have no idea why this family deserves such a lavish home that they probably can’t afford the property taxes on but they look so humbly grateful that I cry every single time.  Fast forward a few minutes for shows to change and I land on the CW.  Reality show with girls getting makeovers.  Why not, it’s just for noise, right?  The next thing I know I’m sitting on the couch watching… wait for it….. The Search For The Next Doll (that’s the Pussycat Dolls of all things).  It completely sucked me in! AND to make the embarrassing truth even worse, Lil Kim was judging the singers.

My brain has officially turned into oatmeal.

Thanks to Scott for finding this. Hilarious, but harsh language in this one - not to be watched with the little ones in tow.
