Beware of the shark
I saw the shark a’swimming tonight. I thought it had been jumped, but the last few scenes and potential for next week’s episode saved this one.
I am so sick and tired of Sawyer getting beat up and Jack being stupid and naive that I could have turned the TV off tonight. Ugh, the frustration.
I am taking tonight to sleep on this one, will watch again tomorrow with fresh eyes then blog my thoughts from there.

Just watched a podcast with the writers that confirmed that there IS more than one faction of the ‘others’. Twins everywhere! AH!
Also, this guy gives his theory that the acronym LOST= Land Of Scientific Testing?

Both very interesting. We watched the previews frame by frame last night (yeah, I know…) and there is a new, strange man throwing a very large knife at Eko. We were wondering if he could be one of the *other* Others AND to make it even more interesting, could he be the third guy from Eko’s plane? Remember, he only found 2 bodies (his brother and the one guy dressed as the priest).

I have never thought about the bodyes from Eko’s plane. But if this guy you are talking about is from Eko’s plane then why is he throwing a knife at him.

Who was that guy that said (last season) that he speculated there was another group of others….
I don’t know but I bet he’s really smart, and his screen name probably begins with the letter “N”…

My mom and I watch together, and we’re both aware of the shark circling nearby. I really hope he goes away, but I’m completely unimpressed with season three so far. It peaked in the premiere and has gone downhill ever since.

Maybe it’s a dharma symbol shark… That would be okay, wouldn’t it???

I missed the shark, but did you hear that when the group of others came back with the wounded (sorry, I forget her name) gal, Ben said “the sub is back”. I thought, GG is right! They are underwater. Then later they show Sawyer that they are on another island. Can’t wait to see what you have to say about the show.

*Jumping the shark* is a metaphor (check out this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jump_the_shark). But I am sure that we will be seeing the *real* Dharma shark again and it might mean trouble, too!

On the subject of the axe thrown at Eko, The third man on the airstrip in Nigeria was shot. It has to be an Other or an other Other. The only other possibility is that it is the pilot of the Beechcraft, but I think that Mister Gold Tooth flew the plane. Just my two cents worth.
