Hey Mikey, they don’t like it!
Hm, I’m thinking that the survivors aren’t going to forgive Mike so easily. Check this out:

Q. ”…release of another castmember on Lost”? Are you referring to another death?
A. I’m referring to Harold Perrineau not being a series regular next season. Like I said, he might come back as a guest star (à la Walt this season), but he won’t be a regular castmember.

Crazy episode. My thoughts are that Michael IS out for all practical purposes. However, there is going to be some crazy flashback stuff with Walt. Somehow Walt may force Michael to go back or something. Remember “Henry Gale” did say “we got more than we bargained for” with regards to Walt. Interesting.
Miss Klugh/Clue spilled the proverbial beans a little too easily about “Tom.” i’m not buying it. Notice how he even pointed out “thanks for telling them my name,” just to make sure they noticed it. It was a load of crap. Additionally, “Henry Gale” was fronting like the leader, and continuing the charade of Mr. Zeke being “no one.”
What do you think about the explosion or whatever in the Swan? Eko, Locke and Desmond: Dead or Alive?

Yeah, the *name game* that they played just seemed like another one of their set-ups. The Others must have this planned out to the *T.*
I think that the explosion has released them and us from the 108 minute button (thank goodness!). I think that the survivors that were somehow healed are now going to find themselves getting sick again. Magnets have been used in healing and that type of force is probably what was *healing* them. I think that all 3 of them survived … at least I HOPE!

i think you and i might be related or something haha. My wife and i have been discussing the show and i said the same thing about them getting sick, not being able to walk, etc. HOWEVER, there MAY still be hope for them, as the island is apparently on some “power grid” that some speculate various ancient monuments were build on (the Mayan pyramids, the Giza pyramid, the Kabah, etc).
If you recall, the healer that Bernard took Rose to spoke of the place that they were at was a special location of the Earth that could be used to heal certain people. He ALSO said that there were OTHER places that could heal OTHER maladies and that IF Rose found the right place that it might click with her and heal her. Okay, so i’m paraphrasing a little, but that was the gist of it…
So, IF (and that’s a BIG if), the healing was related to this then they may still be in the clear. However, the same thought occurred to me; that they would be sick and unable to walk again.

You are right about the healer and I *hope* that you are right about the healing. I just think that it would so cool in the end if some of them decide to stay on the island.
As far as the other places on earth of mystery that may provide healing, remember the big four toe’d foot? Some sort of ancient relic? The Black Rock ship was also quite old so there is definitely the possibility that there have been inhabitants on this island for some time. Maybe the Hanso people caught wind of the island’s mysterious healing power and (much like big corporations do) took it over for their own selfish purposes. Also, just like in *real life* maybe they got more than they bargained for on the island.
And for all you know…. we just might be related!

What if the island is *really* powerful and people start getting up out of the graves? What if the “whispers” in the jungle are of people who have died and have been “brought back” in some fashion by the island? Weird notion - maybe I’m just up too late…
