Just realised that we aren’t getting it in the UK til the 25th…tragic.

You could always download it the day after it airs in the USA !!

  3. Rach K Says:

I usually do that! Had trouble last season finding places to download it from…any tips would be appreciated! I have to avoid the inernet for 3 days if not!

Not that I would *ever* encourage downloads, but… the first place to look is ABC.com, they have the episodes but I’m not sure how quickly they post them. Then try You Tube or Google videos. I like Bit Torrents so shoot me an email and I can give you some websites if you are interested in that route.

I can’t download it from abc.com, the downloads are only available to people in the US, that’s the first place I look hoping that they will have made changes! I’ll just wait like a good girl :(

    http://www.hulu.com might work.
They seem to let you watch full episodes of every other show (including Fringe) at DVD-quality, the day after they originally air. They’ll probably do the same with Lost.

  7. Rach K Says:

Thanks, I’ll give it a try!

I had a look and http://www.hulu.com can only be streamed in the US too…they’re all plotting against me!

Someone mentioned in an earlier post that Claire was killed in that explosion and I do think that’s correct. Having watched through season 4 a few times now, remember how Miles went with Claire and Sawyer instead of staying with Ben who promised him all that money? Well, Miles took up a big interest in Claire, so much so that Sawyer kept telling him to keep his eyes off of her. I don’t think it was because Claire is such a cutie. I think it’s because Claire was dead and Miles knew it and he’d never seen someone who was dead interact in such a direct way with the living before. I think it’s also the reason he didn’t worry so much when Christian came and got her. By the way, it also shows that the dead are capable of doing physical things in the world since both Claire and Christian were holding the baby.

On another note, I am starting to think that some of the people were crew members of the Black Rock, such as Richard and Mr. Widmore, and that they are somehow immortal whether they’re dead like Christian or in some other way. Remember Ben’s comment to Richard in season 3, “You do remember birthdays, don’t you?” Also in season 4 when Ben sneaks into Mr. Widmore’s bedroom. Widmore says, “So, you’re here to kill me.” And Ben replies, “We both know I can’t do that.” The Black Rock just seems to play a big background role in this show, with Mr. Widmore purchasing the log book at that auction and such. They wondered how the ship got were it was in Season 1. I’m thinking the ship got stranded there when the island was moved at some point in time and the ship just happened to be sailing in the spot where the island reappeared. I bet that log book has some interesting things written in it. Like the auctioner said, only the previous owner knows the contents of the book… and well, we all know who the previous owner was.

Your loyal Danish reader recommends this link for non-US-fans, wanting to watch hulu, abc and the like: http://www.hotspotshield.com. It allows you to disable your geo-IP, or whatever it’s called.
