Avid readers (all 3 of you) a few posts ago I put out there that Cassidy is “not” the same girl from the photo of Desmond and his chicky. However, my ever lovin’ Lost boyfriend sends me a link to someone’s post stating they think that the lady that was going to adopt Claire’s baby is perhaps the woman from the photo:

Let me take it one more step, the adoption lady also looks like the person that Jack’s dad killed in surgery, especially look at her nose:
