Quick Thoughts
Don’t trust Jack. There is more to come with this guy. Is he working with the *hostiles?* Has he lost his mind? I still think that something isn’t right with this guy.
What do Jack and Juliet know about the boat out there?
Naomi seems to have healed nicely.
We didn’t see why Charlie is so afraid of the water so he might just make it another season!

It looks like Desmond goes under water into the new hatch. Will they both live? Will they spend a part of next season in this new hatch?
Did you notice it was Nadia in the alley being attacked?

Another great episode! I think Jack is still good at heart, but then I think of his tattoo… “he walks among us but is not one of us” and I wonder too. Do we know enough about Naomi to trust her really? My guess is Charlie & perhaps Desmond if GG is right, will spend most of next season in the newest hatch. Will everyone assume they’re dead? Bonus LOST tonight!!!

Wow, in the middle of season 3, there was a lull with a couple of not-so-great episodes, but for the last couple weeks, they’ve been awesome. I FINALLY got seasons 1 and 2 on DVD. Just waiting for them in the mail now. Can’t wait for next week!

It seemed to me during Charlie’s flashback that he meets Claire, her voice is way different than it is during the rest of the show. It made me wonder if they actually filmed that scene way back when. If they did, then that opens doors for anything to happen, like Walt coming back. They could have filmed some Walt scenes years ago and still put them in there.

been thinking anyone seen the movie, the skeleton key, well to stop bad spirits from entering an area a type of voodoo is to put a type of sand around the area that you do not wnat them to enter. Maybe ben put that ash/sand whatever to stop the bad spirit from getting out, just a thought, also does anyone think it is weird that there is alot of mention towards childrens books/stuff eg wizard of oz, alice in wonderland (through the looking glass, watership down?

Ya, there is a ton of symbolism through cultural and literary references. Even the characters are named symbolically, ie Roussea and Locke. Also, Jack’s last name is Sheppard and he is a leader and a shepherd. There are a ton of Biblical references too as well as references to Stephen King books. Greek mythology also plays a signficant role. For example, Penelope is in Greek mythology and waits for her husband to return from war for like 100 years or something and symbolically Penelope Widmore is waiting for Desmond…I think they do that to make connections.
In response to Foffman, I thought the flashback scence with Claire looked like it had just recently been filmed b/c Claire got bangs this year, and they’re visible in the flashback. I think Walt will have aged if he does appear in the finale. Maybe leading credence to the theory that time passes differently on and off the island.

The last 2 epis have been real quality stuff (finally!). Questions based on posts: Why are several people saying that both Shannon and Locke were stabbed – I believed them to be shot; and where does it appear that Desmond goes down to the underwater station… Did I miss that in the promo for the finale??
I have to say that you all that post really rock – I understand this show at a much deeper and more satisfying level than I would just watching it on my own each week, so THANKS to those of you who take the time to post your theories… Even if they don’t come to fruition, you keep me entertained until the following Wed!

Ever since the episode where Kate goes to rescue Jack, and we find out that he was actually going to leave the island, I’ve thought something has been very amiss in regard to my beloved Jack. I’m still waiting for the other shoe to drop. No matter, I will always be a Jack girl.
