Why The Oceanic Six Must Reunite
“Watch With Kristen” at EOnline has the best scoops and experience has shown she’s usually right. I don’t think it’s a spoiler, but you may so if you don’t like spoilers, don’t read this story:
Lost’s fifth-season premiere is still at least four months away, but I’ve just gotten some exclusive insight into next year’s stories.
In particular, I can now tell you why it is that the Oceanic Six must all reunite in order to get back to the Island.
Want to know why Kate (with baby Aaron), Jack, Sayid, Hurley and Sun are going to have to put their differences aside and go “all for one, and one for all” this year?

Well, remember what Michael Emerson recently said about Ben’s statement that if any of them are to return to the Island, everyone who escaped has to go back too? He said, “I think [that dictate is] a scientific condition of the mechanism by which the Island operates. I don’t think it’s an esoteric or spiritual issue, I think it’s science.”
He wasn’t just talking pretty. What I’m hearing is that the reason Jack, Kate, Sayid, Sun and Hurley need to reunite is because the Oceanic Six need to fan out to a group of Dharma stations.
Even more intriguing? According to my source, these stations are not on the Island, but in other locations, and these off-Island stations are believed to be the ticket to getting back to the Island.
(Remember, the Island moved in the finale. The Island may have gone to another place…or it may have hopped into another time.)
So how does this all work? And where in the world are these stations? We’ll have to tune into what is looking like an exciting fifth season in order to see.
In the meantime, my source hints that we have seen at least one of these powerful places before. Any guesses where? Post in the comments, and check out the next chat.
(I’m guessing the *station* that we’ve seen is the middle of the desert where Ben showed up after turning the donkey wheel)

The other site may also have been that station on the ice caps at the end of season 2. Remember when the hatch imploded and the 2 Russian guys called Penny? They knew what they were looking for and how to find it which implies they have something to do with DHARMA.

yeah the one we saw was definitely the two guys in the arctic.

Not to mention, they also have Penny with them now and Penny is in contact with those guys. Somehow there’s a connection between DHARMA and Mr Widmore, Penny is his daughter, so she knows more about all this as well. I don’t believe Mr Widmore is involved with DHARMA or he wouldn’t have had to purchase the logbook for the Black Rock. But then again, the DHARMA guys must be in some financial trouble since they had to sell it and maybe they needed some new backing. I still think Mr Widmore tricked Desmond into joining his race choosing check points for the race where he believed the island to be and putting some kind of tracking device on the boats in the race hoping one would disappear. That’s how he knew the location of the island and he sent his team to check it out.
